I cannot collect my item in person. What should I do?

After receiving your proof of purchase, you may contact the vendor for information about alternative collection options, such as a delivery service. Any costs incurred are your responsibility and will be in addition to your winning bid unless otherwise stated in the item/s description online at www.click2bid.com.au. If someone else is going to pick up the item for you, you must pre-arrange this with the vendor and make sure that this person can produce identification from both of you. This is a precaution because the item is already paid for. The West Australian accepts no responsibility for any item/s lost, stolen or damaged as a result.
